John Herrick joined Andrew K. Knox and Company nearly a decade ago following a successful 20-year career as a general contractor and custom-home builder. He also owned and ran several concessions in Seaside Heights. John previously held a position as Project Manager for General Dynamics Corporation overseeing the construction of nuclear submarines.
He rounds out his credentials with a BS in accounting from the University of Charleston in West Virginia and an MBA in Finance from Monmouth University.
John’s construction expertise coupled with his impressive business and finance credentials make him a tremendous asset to the team, especially in the areas of construction cost estimates, techniques and procedures.
A member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), John is licensed in New Jersey, North Carolina and South Carolina.
